Capacity upgradation is a cost-effective method when compared to installation of a completely new crane. However, Crane capacity upgradation needs high degree of understanding of crane design. In most of the cases drawings of existing crane are not available with the crane user and in such a situation detailed analysis of existing crane is essential to evaluate its suitability for capacity/span up gradation. In order to determine whether the crane is suitable for upgradation, we implement the following approach- Analyse crane operation with respect to its duty cycle, measure crane girder deflection and analyse structures using computerized software such as ANSYS/STAAD.

We undertake crane repair and maintenance services which are backed by technicians who are highly skilled and possess ample amount of experience in the overhead crane industry. Repair and maintenance services include – Breakdown maintenance, Annual Maintenance Contracts or AMC and Periodic maintenance which includes replacement of worn-out parts, enhancement of existing design to reduce the need for frequent replacement of parts.
